HAZWOPER: Uncontrolled HW Site Workers

HAZWOPER For Uncontrolled Hazardous Waste Site Workers is a 40-hour course that provides personnel who work at, or oversee work at uncontrolled hazardous waste sites with the initial health and safely information they need to perform their duties safety, in compliance with Federal regulation 29 CFR 1910.120(e)(3). This course addresses safety and other issues potentially encountered at uncontrolled hazardous waste sites including: hazard recognition; toxicology; air monitoring instruments; selection, use and limitations of respirators and personal protective equipment; laws and regulations; physical hazards; confined space entry; drum handling; decontamination.
